Dr. George Adams Watson, MD

Dr. Watson is a terrible doctor, i have no idea how he is still in practice or how he ever was. I have a child with a very MILD disability and he wanted to order a wheel chair and put a table on it. (my kid is able to walk with assistance now) no thanks to him. The whole time he was our Dr. my child was sick, i found out through a pharmacist that he gave us 2 meds that were NOT supposed to be mixed together. The office is dirty, and when i wanted to wait on some shots b/c my child was sick he harassed us for a good 25min. On top of that he had his nurses administer vaccines a few months b4 when my child had a fever telling me it was safe (he was the dr and knew more than i did)...my son was sick for a good month. Thank God it was nothing worse.

I've had to call him twice when my pediatrician's office shared weekend calls with him. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I am a mother of four and know phenagren works. He told me to keep them on clear liquids and that studies show that the medicine doesn't work on young children. He was unphased that my 3 year old hadn't kept anything down for two days, and he never bothered to return my second call. How do people like this stay in practice?

Dr. Watson was my daughter's pediatrician for the last 3 years, she's 3 years old. He is rude, has NO bedside manor. He doesn't diagnose things correctly at all. I don't think he should even be allowed to treat children. Like I said he is VERY rude and not even nice to children. I called to speak with him about an issue with my daughter taking her medicine because it was very important that she took it. He was VERY rude, mean, and honestly made me cry and cry. I was already worried enough about my daughter and he had no compassion, he completely talked to me like a dog. I wouldn't let him treat my dog, much less my child. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! When I see him at my last check-up, I am telling him exactly how I feel and getting all my daughter's medical charts and he will NEVER treat my child again. I just want to warn any parents out there, do not take your child to him.

When my now 15 year old was a couple weeks old he would tell me i was crazy and nothing was wrong with him having seizures while the ER doctors at Medical Center were concerned. I switched pediatricians and found out my son has tumors on his brains among other things. Then I found out a couple other children haved passed in care for similar things.

This Dr is very negative all the time towards my family. VERY DISCRIMINATING against Caucasian people in this office. If your child has special needs, do not take them to Dr. Watson. Also his nurse is real rude and should not be working with children if you dont have the heart to. The woman who takes the children's blood is nice though.
