Summary
My first few years in medicine were as a practicing general surgeon in a small town. This experience taught me much about caring for the whole patient and not just treating a disease. Later I became more and more interested in the technology of radiology and its great ability to reduce the time and discomfort of many surgical procedures. After completing my board certification in radiology as well as surgery, it was a natural progression for me to continue my training in interventional radiology and to draw on my experience in both fields. My partners and I provide diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the vascular, gastrointestinal, genitourinary systems and many other areas.
