Dr. George Jory Wixsom, MD

His ethics and integrity are questionable; in fact breach of privacy with other healthcare providers.

Dr. Wixsom was condesending and unprofessional from the very beginning. He came up with a diagnosis and when my wife and I had questions regading it he looked at us as if we were wrong for questioning him. We called him latter to ask some further questions and he was very short and practically hung up on me. My wife tried to call him the next day and he didn't bother returning the call. Our son is about to take a pyschiatric medication for the first time and he won't answer phones calls. I would suggest avioding him

I was 5 min late for my childs appt. His receptionist said " Oh I dont know if he can see you since you are LATE " she then called him and he then left us waiting an additional 15 min. Only to see us for about 10 min then when I asked if I could speak to him for 2 min alone his response was " Well thats about all the time you have" Needless to say I am reporting this arrogant, insensitive, obnoxious behavior to the medical supervisor at the counseling center where he works. A trully Horrible person!!!!

No compassion. He is in it only for the money. Charged a fee for writing a letter for patient. no compassion arrogant.

A hack.It is clear he is in the field just for the money. No compassion poor clinical skills Will no respond in a crisis.

This man is a disgrace to his profession. he spent less then 10 minuets with me after making me wait for about an hour. He then proceeded to misdiagnose me.

This man is a lunatic. Use at your own RISK. Whatever you do, DO NOT leave your child alone in the office with him.
