Dr. Zagger was very patient and did not make me feel rushed, was very thorough and I was very pleased with his practice . Glad I chose him.

Dr Zagger is wondeful however front staff is very rude.

The office is a little hard to get a hold of, but does get you scheduled promptly if you have an issue once you get through.

Dr. Zagger actually takes the time to listen to you and genuinely cares. With a few exceptions his staff are rude and uncooperative. The doctor says he gets a lot of complaints about one employee and "will have a talk with her."

I need a physical to get insurance. The office knew this prior to visit. Once I arrived for my appointment. Doctor would not see because I did not have insurance. I was willing to pay cash, but i was refused. I will not recommend anyone to bisit with him. this doctor just wants to charge the insurance company high rates instead of treating patients.
