Dr. Georges Semaan Yacoub, MD

I have had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr Yacoub for all my medical needs. He has refused to fold to pressures of Premium Health and has chosen to practice medicine the correct way is why he is no longer in a premium facility. He chose to leave them not the other way around.

I have used Dr. Yacoub for several years for sleep apnea. Yes he doesn’t spend much time with you and he knows what he’s doing so does he need to entertain to impress you or does he need to get to the root cause and take care of it. I don’t go in to be entertained by his staff or him just professional good care. Before I could tell him that I had noises in my lungs he had already determined that by listening and said I’m ordering medication to help I hadn’t been in for over a year and was able to get in to see him that same day. I do not understand the negative comments.He and his staff are not babysitters they are professionals.

Here take prednisone again and again and again. Horrible! And his staff are rude, hateful and his nurse is a B***h. A reason dr and his nurse can no longer be in the hospital

Went to the office visit and needed to have a PFT test. He couldn't do it at that time so he had me come back in 2 weeks . At that time I was told I didn't have a copay that it was played at the office visit. Ins company is charging me the copay because billing charged for another visit and didn't state that the copay had been played. He said my lungs were at 80 percent but when I had one 6 years ago for welding I was told different. Even though nothing was wrong I had to see him again and pay another copay for my resaults. He cares more about money then his patients. Will never go back.

Called 4 times to office, no answer. The hours on the answering machine are wrong. Wait time one hour, time with Dr. ..several minutes. Looking for new Dr.

A super doctor who I travel 575 miles back home to visit. He helped amazingly!

I WAS REFERRED BY FERTILITY SPECIALIST AND KNOW THAT I HAVE SLEEP APNEA. I SPENT 4 MINUTES WITH THE DOCTOR AND WAS BILLED $150.00. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SET-UP A SLEEP TEST AND I REQUESTED THAT THEY DO A PRE CERTIFICATION WITH MY INSURANCE. WAS NOT SCHEDULED FOR THE SLEEP TEST AFTER 2 WEEKS. I CALLED DR OFFICE AND THEY SCHEDULED ME THAT DAY. NOT SURE WHY IT WASN'T DONE WHEN I WAS IN THE OFFICE. GOT ON A CANCELATION LIST AND WHEN THEY CALLED ME IN TO DO TEST, INSURANCE DENIED IT BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO DO THE PRE CERT I REQUESTED TWICE. CALLED DR OFFICE AND REQUESTED THAT THEY DO A PRECERT FOR A HOME TEST. DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEN AND HAD TO CALL YET AGAIN. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A OFFICE PERSON WHO WAS YELLING AT ME. I AM IN A RURAL AREA AND IT IS A TREATMENT I NEED. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY TREATMENT AND STILL WAITING TO GET THE TEST DONE. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO TO THIS DR.

I have recommended Dr. Yacoub to family and friends. He is very knowledgeable, very kind, relaxed, and is professional. He is definitely a great addition to anyone's list of doctors to see. I had the EVLT procedure and from the first visit to the end of my follow-ups he was excellent. Everyone should hope to see a Dr. like him for such great work.
