Excellent Pediatric Neurologist..and my son loves her!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! We waited a month and a half to get in for this neuro appointment with Dr. Brockway. I took my daughter out of school and drove over 30 minutes to make this appointment. We were stuck behind a bad accident on 77 and arrived 11 minutes late. The receptionist was very understanding and went to check in and DR. Brockway REFUSED to see my daughter. She said they have a 10 minute late policy. I was stunned!!!!! I was asked to reschedule, but I will NEVER come back!

What a terrible experience. Do not go to this DR. She will not listen to you and does not care about your child. My child was overdosed and after trying to bring it to the DR.s attention she covered it up and had my child banned from the hospital and all affiliated. The next neurologist immediately took my child off the meds and could figure out why she was even on it. My child started having back to back constant seizures until we got a new DR. She never explained any other types of meds or treatments, as if keeping the patient in the dark allows her total control and gets very irritated if you question anything.

I appreciate Dr. Brockway for being an excellent Pediatric Neirologist. she is kind, listens well, answers all questions, and takes excellent care of her patients. She handles complex cases with clear cut instructions, and is quick to respond to messages and on call.
