Call for appointment, hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Staff is very rude. My EKG nurse yelled at me and told me not to speak when I was simply asking her how her day was going, also slammed the door behind her. Still waiting for neurologist referral ... And I've only been seen by the nurse practitioner out all the times I've been there..

I've been a patient for a couple of years. Really enjoy Dr. DeRoth's style and mannerisms of patient care. She listens and asks the right questions to get the details required to treat any issues. Will continue to see Dr. DeRoth because she can and does treat me with great respect and she has the knowledge to work with any illnesses or health issues that I have. Office staff could be a bit more courteous and have a bit more frienly demeanor.

New to the area, I came in with my prescription bottles, to get refills on some meds I have been on for years. First, I saw the PA, which might have been a problem. Second, I get there and there is NO AC on in the room. Third, the PA looked at the script bottles and without asking any questions or reviewing anything, she told me about a study she had heard about but not ready. They ended up filling one of my four scripts with zero refills, gave me two weeks of another med, told me they were not giving me any of the third and completely ignored the fourth! And never once did they even ask why I was on the meds. I can understand being hesitant to fill some scripts, but at least ASK why I was on them. They called me several days later for my blood results and I could not understand the message. Not really a big deal, except it made a bad experience that much more frustrating. I will be trying to find someone else to see.
