Dr. Gerald Martin Aronoff, MD

All of my reviews have been rejected. Think about that. None of them contained anything that was untrue. You’ll be in his office an exorbitant amount of time while he tries to work his computer. Then you’ll be billed for an extended visit. Run the other way. Run far and run fast.

By far the majority of his ratings are the lowest this site allows. All of my reviews that are very frank they won’t post. That says a lot too. And I know better than to post obscenities. This Richard Cranium should be doing something else. Like teaching ducks to speak. He knows a lot about being what they say!

They won’t let me post what I really want to say. So I’ll try a little more reserved. My wife was seeing Dr. Richard Cranium as I refer to him. She would come out crying and dreading the next appointment. He was that condescending and, to her, intimidating. So I started going in with her. Like all bullies when there’s someone who can hold there own he backs down. He’ll charge you for an “extended visit” when it’s because you have to sit there for an hour or more while he tries to figure out how to use his dictation software. The staff is generally surly and rude. But, if I had to work for Bozo I would be too! Totally self absorbed and an amazing example of arrogance. My wife has since found a different doctor. The turnaround in her condition and prognosis is amazing. Save yourself and don’t go near this “doctor”. When ever I think of him, I’m reminded of what a duck says!

My wife went to see Dr. Quackenstien. I would go in with her because he was constantly attempting to intimidate and talk down to her. She would come out crying and then dreading next months appointment. Funny, he wasn’t nearly as aggressive with another male in the room. He’s incompetent and constantly playing with his computer and dictation software that he can never get to work correctly. So you sit the for an exorbitant amount of time while he fights with it. Then he bills you more for an “extended visit.” He was being prosecuted by Medicaid for fraud and was usually talking to his attorney motioning her to keep talking while his not paying ANY attention to what she’s saying. He has the walls covered with self serving self promotions that were created by himself. He’s great, just ask him. He’ll tell you. What a jerk. I think the licensing and medical boards owe it to the community to put this “Doctor” out of practice. And the staff is generally very surly and unpleasant. But, if I… worked for such a blatant Richard Cranium, I guess I would be too. My wife has since switched to a credible Doctor. Her progress and the turnaround in her condition has been nothing short of miraculous. Don’t go to this clown.

Terrible. Tries to constantly use the most expensive drug testing constantly even though I only took tramadol for severe pain and not that much. I think they should be sued and don’t think it’s legal. So bad in NC trying to find pain management that I had in Ca that wasn’t crooked. I moved back just for a decent pain dr who is an anesthesiologist. I hope they crack down on these drs and get u all better help soon.

I've never been treated so poorly in my life than by "Dr." Aranoff. I had to wait for almost 5 hours, and no, there was no apology given for the wait. When I asked, I got screamed at, "Do you think I was out playing golf? If you're too good to wait, find yourself another doctor." Screamed this at me upon meeting me for the first time. He treated me as if I were some sort of criminal or drug seeker. I have a chronic illness and had all my paperwork. When I told him what I had been taking for pain, he laughed and said he would certainly not be prescribing that, although that is what has helped me. Also, when he saw I had anxiety listed on my form, he laughed and made fun of me. This is a doctor! Please, don't go. Find somone nice and caring.

I couldn't believe my ears when I visited Dr. Aronoff for only the 2nd time..I have never in my life had a Dr. to talk down to me, and very rude in all his statements..I was so shocked, I could not talk for a bit..When asked for his patient portal, I jumped at the opportunity to tell him what I thought..Why would a Dr. put his patients down? Why would a Dr. then tell you he wouldn't help your pain, and work at not giving you anything for your pain, with a very bad attitude in everything he said? That was enough for me..I canceled my next apt...a complete waste of his and my time..

Dr. Aranoff was kind and listened to me for over an hour. The whole practice is caring, from Dr. Aranoff, Chris the nurse practitioner, the nurses and the girls at the front desk. I can't recommend them enough. Pam Garrison

When you see this doctor, be prepared for a two hour consult in which you will have to compete with his dictation microphone. He is also condescending and speaks to you like a child. He does not partner with you as a patient and barely even remembers what you said.
