I, like another patient, wrote a very honest but negative review and... like her, it’s gone!!! Same with another orthopedic at Optim.. you people are cherry picking the reviews to keep business going!!!! Ugh!!!

I wrote my honest review on how horrible my experience with Dr Chai’s staff was and now , conveniently, it’s not showing up?!

Dr.Chi has absolutely no understanding of elderly patients.Make a mistake and your done. He is not caring as he likes to act. He told my sister she just had to many problems didn’t want to hear anymore.

Beside manner ok, if you want a comedian. Makes light of every situation. Got old when he wasn't really listening to me. Not every " miracle cure" works on everone

Dr. Chai is the most personable doctors that I've ever dealt with. He treats me like a friend but he is very professional at what he does. Not everything he has tried with my condition has worked ,but he is tried everything he can to make my condition better. He is definitely a positive in my life.

Iv'e only seen him once but was very happy, Dr, Chai was really kind and seem to understand .Iv'e been in pain mang for many years and just changed to him from Dr,Kirby who was really great but I smoked some pot when my Dad died and Kirby sent me on my way I understand it was my fault ,Chai wrote my meds and giving me a mo. to get clean , I'm clean for I need my meds I'm going to him today I Hope to have a good Dr patient history with him and maybe he can find a better treatment for me I'm really hurting for many years and and tired.

Excellent bedside manner, very caring and listens to his patients.

Great Dr. Would like to see him more and the PA a little less.
