I took off of work and drove 30 miles to this office today for my 10 year old daughter to get two cavities filled. After she was quickly whisked back to a room, a bib slapped on, and the chair slung back was told by the woman that she could not do this. My daughter was hesitant as she had never had any cavities filled before and pushed the air mask away when the woman tried to put it on her face. She did not explain at all what would be happening or what the mask was for. At this point my daughter was crying and we went out to the waiting room. I finished filling out paperwork for my son to get a cleaning and asked about filling the cavities. They said she was too much of a liability and there were too many sharp objects and they would not be able to fill her cavities. Very disappointed.
