Dr. Gerald Fredric Davis, MD

This is easily the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to; the most unprofessional and outright rude women work the front desk, never failing to be gossiping opposed to doing work every time I’ve visited the office. They book overlapping appointments constantly and never once out of my 4 visits did I met with Dr.Davis within 20 minutes of the appointment time. The lady at the front desk nevers stops gossiping and it can be heard so clearly from the waiting area.

I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. My appointment is usually during my lunch hour. Dr. Davis is very friendly and really puts you at ease. I wouldn't see any other dermatologist.

Excellent Doctor

I waited more than an hour in his office and after I was told I need a referral (I just received Medicare so I wasn't aware I need a referral and I was not told when I made the appointment). Since I waited a long time, I decided to see a doctor and pay for the visit. After that, the receptionist lost my Medicare card so we spent additional hour looking for it. As we couldn't find it and the time was passing by, I asked her if she gave it to someone else accidentally. Sure enough, it was in other patient's wallet. Finally, I saw a doctor whose whole demeanor was not very professional. At the end, I recently called the office twice to ask a question about my meds. The receptions said she gave the doctor note the first time when I called and that he will call me back. He never did!!! I wish I can give the doctor and his staff 0 star!!!!

Dr. Davis helped my daughter get relief after she had eczema for years. He's very calm and the office staff in his Rye Brook Office is very professional. I wasn't crazy about the staff in Thornwood.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for several years now, and can say that he is a person that takes his time to "listen" to and "answer" your concerns, and is fully capable of taking care of your need. He gives you the "right time of day", and you do not feel that you have been rushed out of the office because of the next patient. I have researched his backround, EXPERIENCE, and EDUCATION in the field, and found that coming from George Washington University - you just can't find any better than that!

He brought my hair. From a very stressfully divorce in three months. I woke up w clumps the size do a quarter I came in terrified. What I discovered is that he was calm. Cool collected. No concerns. Gave me several shots in my head In addition he gave me a cream to rub on my scalp. My hair had become brittle and straw like. It had no life left. In addition he gave gave me a b12 shot. I came in weekly for shots and what he called the hair pull test. Every week less came out and the growth began. In addition I was put on a diuretic. What the b12 did for my hair It became so soft overnight.
