Nearly impossible to get an appointment a call back or a prescription refill . Office had no answering service . I have medications that I need to take and no dr is available so no refills .

I’ve been trying to make an appointment , left a message 3 weeks ago , no call back . I have not taken my medication in 3 weeks due to no dr appointment so no prescription . I then called his New Jersey office in a desperate attempt to get my medication or an appointment and was told “ call the Staten Island office . I tried to explain the situation and was told call the Staten Island office . Of course no answer no answering service . Nothing . .

Dr Dimaso and his staff are incredible healthcare professionals.  He listens and always gives you the best clinical advice.  He's a one of a kind that you don't find these days. This is probably the only medical practice around that the staff treats patients with respect and can't do enough to ensure you have safe and wonderful healthcare experience.  Thank you to the entire practice!

Dr.Dimaso was very pleasant and attentive to my elderly mom . Getting through to his office for follow-up info regarding lab results is impossible. A machine answers , you leave messages and nothing. They will not mail or fax results except to a physician. It's not easy to get appts but yet , you can't talk to a live person and with an office in SI and NJ , you know hours are limited.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is extremely thorough, kind and caring. He talks to you like a friend and explains everything. We're so lucky to have him as our family physician.

Patience of a saint, has taken care of my family and I since moving out to Staten Island in 1993. Takes his time for the routine check ups and is thorough in his explanations when issues arise or explaining illness. Both he and Dr. Strange are a tremendous duo to be working together that are highly regarded and respected in the community.

There is an answering machine and a real person never EVWR answers the phone. If you don't constantly call it could be days before you get called for an "Urgent Care" appointment", test results and even necessary medications. He is very aloof, no bedside manner and his staff are a bunch of buffoons

I consider Dr DiMaso as a very professional and caring physician. His quiet and calm approach, when conducting his examination, makes me feel at ease to discuss and concerns I have. He is honest and provides very valuable medical feedback.
