Dr. Gerald B Frino JR.

Was gonna leave 2 stars until I saw how I didn’t get any work accomplished when I visited Dr. Frino. This office is made up of some of the nastiest people I have ever met— Dr. Frino humiliated me when I went to his office. He made me feel like a pariah even though I was actively trying to improve my oral health. After visiting his office, I had very low self-esteem and instead of providing solutions to me, he had to go through the effort of humiliating me. No dentist has ever made me feel like that. I would have appreciated his remarks if he phrased them in a non-abrasive way, but he kept shaming me on multiple occasions. His hygienist and receptionist are also very rude. I feel like the way they treat you is based off of what Dr. Frino tells them, and from my interactions, it almost felt like Dr. Frino gossiped about my teeth when I’m a very insignificant part of his life. When I went to other practices, I was treated much better. I also saw that Dr. Frino barely did any work of… contribution to my teeth, other than hurting teeth and gums which previously didn’t have an issue. I’m happy to say that the hygiene everywhere else is much better because water is not spraying into your eyes (as well as other things I won’t mention because I don’t want to cause embarrassment).

Our family has been going to Dr. Frino's for years. He is professional and caring. He has gone out of his way to take care of us not only for regular scheduled appointments, but also when we need emergency service. He is a great dentist!

Dr. Frino is the best Dentist! He always puts his patients first. He has gone out of his way to do procedures for me when I was in pain. I completely trust his professional judgement. I would never go to anyone else! Thanks for all the great care!!
