Unfortunately I believe this doctor discriminates according to health insurance. An exam that should have taken one visit took three separate visits. Followed by a non-service, where the doctor refused service the doctors response was there was too much drama and he didn't want to deal with it. However when you feel to see was that it was his receptionist and his scheduling that caused confusion. A second visit was attempted for a contact lens exam, however the receptionist advised that a contact lens exam had already been given an appointment wasn't necessary. When we request the contact lens prescription we were then told that an exam was never administered and that another appointment would be needed for my 17 year old daughter. I discussed that she would come as soon as possible to get a contact lens exam because she needed contacts. Upon arrival they turned her away saying that they needed parental consent or written consent for me. It frustration I was confused because no one… told me that they needed consent prior to my visit approximately 4 days prior the appointment was made. I left work on short notice and made a 30-minute trip to discuss in person what the doctor said over the phone. I was taken back by the word drama. And thought of face-to-face discussion was necessary although I brought all of these facts to the doctors attention he seemed unbothered, even after I explained that perhaps they were discriminating my daughter because of her health insurance. I even went as far as saying that I would file a complaint with the department of State. However the doctor wasn't bothered. There's some doctors that are in their profession to help others, and there's some that are just money hungry. It explains the reason why is office located in a super Walmart in seven official office. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone save yourself time and money and find an honest doctor"
