Dr. Gerald B Harris

My pharmacy called in a refill for a basic inhaler. One day went by without a response, the next day I called at 8am and spoke with a lady with attitude who told me that she will get it to Dr. Harris to complete. I then call back 7hrs later at 3pm and the same lady gave me even more attitude and assured me that the Dr would address my request. We are now on day 4 without having a inhaler and I'm still waiting for the refill. My wife and I are in search for a new Primary, we've had enough.

He listens to what you have to say, takes time with every patient. Shows he cares.

When we moved to AZ we interviewed 4 Dr.s before settling on Doc Harris. Have been more than pleased since. Great dr., listens & hears, talks to not down to, and treats as part of family, I really enjoy my visits, and wish for more time

He overcharges for his visits. His billing process is based on how many minutes he spends on you and on all of my office visits he charged that I was there additional time than I actually was. Also being a medicare patient, tried to charge/bill me for expenses that are not allowed by medicare. Patients beware, you are not responsible for balances on office visits if you are a medicare patient. Your bill is to be turned into medicare for them to investigate the charges.

My husband and i have been seeing Dr harris for about 5 years.He has always taken the best care of us.He sits down and listens to how your doing,and doesnt rush you like most Doctors.He always makes sure your questions about your health have been answered.His staff is always very kind and helpful.If you are looking for a Great doc,Dr harris is the best.

I have been seeing this doctor for 2 years. I like the fact that he is a DO and an internist. He is very caring and spends a lot of time with his patients, unless his office manager keeps him on schedule (lol). He is very thorough and he listens to you and is not arrogant. I feel that I am well taken care of and my concerns are cared for professionally. He is cool, funny, and keeps me on track! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Try him and you'll see what I mean. Nice office staff, too!
