Dr. Hoover spent less then 2 minutes with me for my 1st visit and never heard me. Said he refilled my blood pressure medication but after calling the office 4X the staff told me that he said he had told me he wouldn't refill it. I had to take off, go in , pay 2nd copay, see another provider who said I definitely needed my BP med and refilled it. If you want a doc that cares about you....find someone else.

I have very very bad experience with him 2 or 3 times unfortunately, lastly he prescribed me a medicine without my knowledge which will lower my heart rate not asking what my heart rate is, I went and asked to the Farmacy counselor and explain the reason what it was provided. I’m a very very low heart rate, at a point that I have been hospitalized for that reason....

He made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time I was there, i had a rash in my arms and he gave me a diagnosis from 7 feet away, didn’t even check my rash up close and said I had scabies when I clearly didn't, he made me feel really bad I actually cried when I left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM!

Old school doctor. He is there to work but he is a good doctor. I would recommend him.

Dr. Hoover is great! He is really nice and always acts professional. A little quiet but he is still a great doctor. I would definitely recommend him and return. :-)

Not familiar with the lgbt community, my worst experience getting a physical. I wouldn’t recommend him.
