"I found Dr. Jerry’s staff to be rude, unwelcoming, and lacking basic “people” skills. As for Dr. Jerry, his approach to knee surgery is based on “production line” principles with no regard to “special treatments.” It is unclear as to what those special treatments are. While I appreciate Dr. Jerry’s honesty, I feel my insurance dollar will be better spent elsewhere. Good luck to Dr. Jerry and his wife."

Dr. Jerry has replaced both of my knees. I can't say enough about him and his team. The office people are very helpful and just nice. Dr. Jerry and Jeff are great . I would recommend Dr. to everyone.

Dr. Jerry installed my family member's knee incorrectly. He did not address the questions and concerns of the family after the operation, nor did he diagnose the failed knee that he installed. I have the impression that Dr. Jerry is too busy too busy to pay attention to detail.

I have been getting my knees treated for 30 years with Dr. Jerry, when I was a working man, with insurance. Now, after ending up on disability I was refused service due to owing $200. Then I started payments to get an appointment. Then I was refused service because I am on medicaid. Now that I do not have health insurance I feel I am being treated like a second class citizen. So much for 30 years of loyalty as I sit around all day because my knee hurts so bad.

Dotor Jerry is very professional and so is his staff. The two knee replacements that he did went very well and I have had no trouble. The Physical therapy staff is also great.

He is a cutter and butcher, he did both of my hips and neither have ever been right. Also, he misdiagnosed and did do tispecialssue repair on the left leaving is in chronic pain and well as misdiagnosing my right hip where the abductor muscle tore off the bottom near the knee, and a simple test would have told him this, but instead he sent me to some specialist to do a special MRI, so the repair didn't get taken care of for one day short of a year. It will never be the same because of it.
