Dr. Gerald Kelty, MD

Over time, Dr. Kelty has become more remote and less involved. When I contact the office, I only hear from nurses or nurse practitioners, and the answers are "we THINK that'll be okay," or "go see a specialist." Even during an appointment, Dr. Kelty says things like "you'll have that when you get old." I've had two misdiagnoses that I know of, and I'm looking to change doctors, now.

A doctor who is committed to his patients an their overall health. Would recommend him an his staff to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I have nothing but praises for Dr. Kelty and his staff. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend his office to anyone!

Feel like I'm only considered a number at this practice. Never have I felt comfortable at any of my visits, don't feel as if there is any real concern for the patient and only go as last resort. When I visit a doctor I would like to have the feeling that each patient is being treated as a whole, not each issue is a different appointment that needs to be scheduled. I was once told when I brought up an issue that was different from the initial reason the appointment was made for, that it wasn't the reason I was being seen that day and I would need to come back. My recent visit was diagnosed from a chair and questions, never examined and when prescription was called in it listed reasons that the doctor never looked at. Time to find a new Doctor because I always leave upset by how I was made to feel...I'm done!
