Dr. Gerald K. Millheim, DMD
Gerald Millheim, a native of Nazareth, Pa., received his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Louisville. Upon graduation he joined the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps. After leaving the Air Force he began a private dental practice in Bath, Pa. where he remains to this day.
He is a past President of the Bethlehem Dental Society, a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Lehigh Valley Dental Association. He is a 25+ year volunteer with the Muhlenberg Hospital Dental Residency program. He is also an alumnus of the Pankey Institute having completed their entire post-graduate curriculum.
He resides in Bushkill Township, Pa. with his son Parker.
