Dr. Minkowitz was very professional and friendly. Excellent bedside manners. After my exam he took the time to explain to me my diagnosis and what options I had moving forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Minkowitz is an amazing health care provider and his staff is wonderful. He is kind, compassionate and his medical skills go far beyond all I have seen. I highly recommend him and his office.

This is a brlliant doctor who is very serious about what he does. You can be totally confident in his knowledge and abilities. Why people complain about long wait times I will never understand. You want fast or you want good?

I had to get 2 biopsies done this past Tuesday and had an amazing experience with dr minkowitz. The procedure was almost painless even though I absolutely have zero pain tolerance. He told me the results within 3 days. He called my primary doctor to discuss the findings and treatment plan. His speaking manner is a little off but he definitely wasn't rude. Staff was extremely nice both in the office and on the phone and believe me they spoke to me many times in the last 3 days

His biopsy technique is outstanding â?? ahead of the industry and may very well be ahead of his time. He has to teach others.

Although I had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment, it was well worrth the wait. Dr. Minkowitz is a very pleasant doctor who explained what he was doing all through the process. He was very gentle with the procedure and it didn't really hurt too much. The wait time in his office was very short and his staff is very pleasant. My referring doctor had told me that he really thought I should wait to see Dr. Minowitz as he didn't feel my problem would be harmed by waiting. Thankfully everything was okay.

I think this doctor is gentle and excellent at what he does. I had a biopsy at a hospital that was excruciatingly painful. With this doctor, you can't believe when he is done because you feel almost nothing.

I went last year to have a thyroid nodule biopsied. I found the doctor to be decent. He was however very callus about my fears. He broke the news about me having a disease so casually. You would think the whole thing was a big joke. I called back this year to make an appointment. I spoke to the doctor. He was very non reassuring. He was confusing me more. He made light of the whole thing. He was telling me the statistics of other cancers. This only made me MORE nervous!!!!! This doctor really needs to put himself in his patients shoes!

I understand doctors are busy. I know several doctors myself. However, bedside manner and the way a doctor talks to a patient and spends time with them, especially in this manner where the potential of a life threatening disease is involved, is just as important as the accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment. I felt very rushed during my appointment, and he had the nerve to make fun of me about how nervous I was. I have never had a fine needle biopsy before, and was very concerned about the potential for pain. Instead of reassuring me, he ridiculed me. When he checked the ultrasound, he bluntly informed me of how much of a "mess" my thyroid is and how previous diagnoses were incorrect. So naturally, this made me more nervous. When I called a few days later on the date he told me to call for my results, I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Hope I don't have cancer. If it wasn't for his nice assistant who offered to hold my hand during the procedure, it would have been an… awful experience.
