I also searched online over the available doctors covered by my provider and found consistent high ratings for Dr. Paul. The ratings were true, he is friendly, willing to get to the point when one needs it, and his experience really shows. I highly recommend him.

You will not find a Doctor you like better than Dr. Paul. He is very approachable, calming and efficient. He takes the time to speak with his clients and share his vast knowledge. I have gone to Dr. Paul for twenty years as has my wife.

Dr. Paul and his main staff are great. Whoever covers the phones during lunch is HORRIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This man will not even take a message for the doctor. All he tells you is to call back later. And yells at you if you tell him that you are not available at any time that his staff is available. How hard is it to take someone's name, number, and a brief message?

i've been a patient of Dr. Paul's for 20 years and I can say that he's is extremely considerate, compassionate and knowledgable. He knows everyone in the field so you can feel confident in any referral he gives you. And, the staff are phenomenal. Extremely warm, personable and truly want to help.I count myself lucky to have found Dr. Paul.

The staff was rude over the phone and hung up on me. Then when I called back I was transferred to someone else who hung on me too!. These folks are very unprofessional

I've been a patient of Dr. Pauls for over 25 years. I consider myself a very lucky man to have found such a wonderful Doctor. Super knowlegeable, great bedside manner, well run office with Becky (wife) and Diana (Office Mgr.), just the best guy you ever met. My only regret is that the Doc is 15 years older than I am. That means that someday, I'll have to try and replace him. Impossible!

Dr. Gerald Paul has been fantastic over the past several years that I have been seeing him. He is personable and takes the time to ask questions and listens to your reply. He also is very good at answering your questions so that you have a stronger understanding of your prescriptions and his diagnosis.
