What was most memorable for me this entire week has been the rude, uncaring, and vicious words of the "office manager" who obviously doesn't have a clue on how to manage an office or more serious, the anger she brings to work. I am a professional (RN) and was speechless when she screamed at me over the phone because I was trying to get some information about some tests I had done. I was being an advocate for my own health care, was kind but adamant and that's what I got from her. My only words after her angry tirade on the phone were "how professional" at which time she hung up on me. I'll be finding another doctor and you can bet on me finding a doctor with an EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY staff.

Their policy regarding testing is "if you don't hear anything then the tests are fine." The patient has a right to know the out come of their testing even if the results were fine. It's rude to leave a patient hanging wondering if they are okay. Even if those tests check okay the patient may need to know in order to take an alternative route to find out what it ailing them. Office staff is extremely rude. Staff needs to realize that there mannerism is a reflection on the doctor.

Always found DR Reed to be available, very caring whenever I saw him. He is still the model I compare to whenever I need to find a new physician. Treatment was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff is rude - address you Hey! etcInsist on having a Social Security Number even though they (legally) should not. Insurance ID is sufficient.

Very good listener. Quick to understand the problem. Willing to look at & use the Drug Formulary info of one's insurance. Fairly good at returning phone calls/messages/concerns regarding patient treatment, & questions answered. Patient with the patient.
