Sent a message two minutes before our appointment time to cancel and asked me to reschedule. She was the one who picked our date and time through Teladoc for our consult appointment. I will not be trying again. How unprofessional to not me with a first time client in this manner.

Tried to make appointment via telehealth. She kept cancelling and rescheduling. Made me regret seeking help with how difficult it was. It took everything I had to make another appointment with a different provider.

Dr Idoniboye prescribed medications unrelated to my issues and I'm realizing how much trouble it actually caused me. Obviously when your "Dr" tells you to take something you think it's a good idea, but not when you're doctor thinks they are smarter than scientists. Just try doing your own research if she tries prescribing you something unrelated to your current issues.

I was a inpatient at spruce st pavillion in west reading pa I told her that I and other patients were being abused especially white patients that were elderly with dementia or disabled like myself. she didn't do anything about the abuse . she did however prescribe correct medicines that helped my major depression that I suffer with and that I am grateful for but Ethically she should've reported the nurses aides & other staff for abuse to the state including the social workers that neglected to stop or report the abuse

Very ignorant to patient needs. Prescribed meds that had nothing to do with why I was seeking treatment. Told several other docs what meds she gave me and they all seemed very confused. Talked down to me like I was a child, explained that “keeping my belly happy” would solve depression and anxiety.

If you are looking for a legit mental health facility then I would highly recommend you look somewhere else. I just want to give you an example of the crazy things that this place let's happen to patients. They scheduled me appointments for follow therapy about every 2-3 weeks for a very long time. Then when this new doctor came here she took meds off of patients because she got herself in a mess from prescribing these meds with refills carelessly which caused many patients to get very sick! Here is the worse part of it! All of those appointments that they were scheduling on a regular basis & making easy money ,now required more attention to help these people that were now suffering badly, but guess what , nobody at nulton diagnostics cared anymore and there was no more follow up appointments,& they just cut everyone off without even a phone call or explanation! This place should be shut down for sure! To leave patients to fend for themselves while being out of to touch from being… so sick is a discrace to the meaning of mental health treatment!!! If you experience any thing like this don't hesitate to take action against them. Suffering daily because of them and there was no one at this place anymore who really cared about what this doctor was doing to hurt so many people, when they were actually doing quite well! I hope you all understand that it really isn't about the health & safety of the patients at nulton's sad but so true!! I'm still suffering & in shock from my experience... WOW!

She should be fired and her phycyatric liscence should be revoked permanently! I wish I had the energy to tell you my nightmare's with this so called doctor. I have been really sick with my anxiety issue and panic attacks. She is a person who needs to take most of her own advice. In my opinion she should not be able to treat the patients the way she does, & to get away with it as long as she has I feel that Nulton's should be shut down!! I can't speak for everyone but I never felt so abandoned by this place, because they never had anyone call to discuss my problems or even tell what they thought was wrong! All they did was hope that I would eventually just go away, & it didn't matter how big of problem or crisis you were having.. I can tell you this to she also talks over you so you can't make any points about what you feel is causing your issues! This is how bad it really is there, for example, because I never met her while I was going there I wondered why they we're… messing with my meds & I started to get sick they eventually set me up an appointment to see her I thought wow who is this person! They just don't care !!!! This should be illegal!! I wish I would have never started going there,, because I'm worse off now! Thanks allot!!!!! I will say that their is a some good people that work there but very few, because most have quit!!

This so called DR. should not even be practicing!! First of all she is the rudest doctor I have ever met [and that's saying some thing since I was a RN for over 20 years!] ,second of all she knew NOTHING about my daughter's past mental and emotion problems [even though she had all her medical records and we spent over a hour with her nurse the week before filling out forms and answering questions!]' She was so mean to us that my poor daughter who was there to get help for her severe depression and severe anxiety came out of the office crying and had a panic attack on the way home! It took a lot for her to finally agree to go see a psychiatrist since she has a hard time leaving the house with her anxiety and she finally gets up the courage to go and is treated like this! I would not take my dog to this DR! I think she is actually a danger to her patients and Nulton being aware of this problem should do some thing before she really hurts someone!

Went to hospital and never had a return call. Couldn't get phyc med the whole stay because should didn't return calls!!!! Also too me off my panic meds without replacing and that's why I was in there in the first place!!

This doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine. I am one of many to have filed a formal complaint. I know this to be true as I was informed of multiple complaints filed against this doctor by Nulton Diagnostics at the time I made my complaint. Nulton Diagnostics apologized for her behavior and told me that they were currently seeking a replacement for her, however, to remain in compliance with the law a new doctor must be in place prior to her dismissal. Just so you know my complaint was filed months ago.
