Dr. Geralyn Rose Zuercher, MD

Geralyn ranks as the best doctor I have ever had. She is a warm caring person who listens and trusts her patients. She treats you with respect, listening to your concerns and recognizing that you are the one who knows your body the best. If she is not sure what is wrong, she will willingly admit it and schedule you with a specialist. Some specialists dismiss you as ignorant and she will not tolerate a lack of answers, you will be scheduled with a different specialist to determine what is wrong and how it should be treated. Geralyn also has a warm, personable bedside manner. Over several hospitalizations she has checked in on me at least once a day. Many physicians have to be tracked down, not Dr. Zuercher. My one problem is that sometimes the staff does not follow through with her instructions or get messages to her in a timely manner. She is professional, but sometimes the staff is not prompt.

Dr Zuercher is the most caring and wonderful doctor ever! I won't move because we don't want to lose her!!! My son says she is like his second mom.

Geralyn is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever encountered. She genuinely cares about her patients as people. Yeah you may wait awhile to be seen but she will take all the time you need. As for previous posts about the office staff. Maybe you should put yourself in their shoes.

Wouldn't and couldn't make an appoinment. Office is too rude and nasty to do their jobs.
