Dr. Gerard Francis Blake, MD

Dr. Gerard Blake is a family medicine and emergency medicine physician with 28 years of experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine and completed his residency training at the United States Naval Medical Center. Dr. Blake is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve diverse communities throughout Southern California.

Dr. Blake practices at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center in Chula Vista and Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa.
