Dr. Gerard Francis Blake, MD

Dr. Gerard Blake is a family medicine and emergency medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the United States Naval Medical Center, bringing 28 years of clinical experience to his practice. Dr. Blake is fluent in both English and Spanish, helping him serve diverse communities throughout Southern California.

Dr. Blake practices at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center in Chula Vista and Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa. His expertise spans treating high blood pressure emergencies and managing hypertension in both adult and pediatric patients.
