I HAD NECK SHOULDER AND ARM PAIN. I WAS ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL I THOUGHT I WAS HAVING A STROKE. I WENT TO SEE DR CICERO AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS A PINCHED NERVE, BOY WHAT A RELIEF I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO HIM

First thing, the office staff was very courteous and friendly. The office it self was clean and inviting. Dr. Cicero took his time, I didn't feel rushed at all, and made sure I understood what he was telling me. I went in for knee issues so he treats more then just the neck & back. They will work appointments around your schedule. They accept most insurance. I also brought my son in for a sports related issue that he was able to treat & now my son is back to playing the sport he loves.

I had an amazing time at this place. Dr. Cicero and his staff were amazing. They were very nice, polite, punctual, and professional. They made me feel like family. Dr. Cicero is a great doctor. Not only because of his credentials but because of his personality. He is very funny and will try to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Its truly a great place to go to!

Dr. Cicero is an amazing all around doctor. He literally knows everything and cares about his patients and not the money. I would recommend him to anyone with any kind of pain that they have.

When I went to Chicago Neck and Back, the staff and the doctor were very nice to me and helpful. Dr. Cicero was very nice and helpful to me when I was in pain and gave me am accurate diagnosis, and he told me everything that I need to know so my pain can go away. They also made sure and gave me calls seeing if I still had back pain and made sure that my pain was not there anymore. I still had some pain, so we had set up another appointment to make sure that my pain is gone for good. I highly recommend going to Chicago Neck and Back! Dr. Cicero will sure help you.

As soon as I stepped into Chicago Neck and Back I felt welcomed. The guest service had helped me quickly, and soon enough I was in a room. Dr. Cicero was very nice to me and answered any and all of my questions that I had. He had done a minor adjustment and the pain in my neck and upper shoulders was better. Then he had gave me suggestions on what to do to make sure my pain does not go away. I left and all was well. Overall, my experience at Chicago Neck and Back and Dr. Cicero was great! I will definitely be coming back for any other problems that I have!
