Dr. Gerard Gary Edralin, MD

I've been bringing my son (who is almost 18) here since he was eight. I also bring my toddler here and I love this place. I feel all of our needs are always met. The doctors are very compassionate and very caring. The staff is also awesome, it's a small, close- knit office, you feel like family when you're there.

Dr. Edralin is AMAZING! He has been outstanding in dealing with my children for years. The nurses are also wonderful and caring. The billing department (if you can call it that) is TERRIBLE. They will only bill one insurance company so don't bother if you have dual coverage. And the insurance "biller" is rude, disrespectful and does not care at all about your privacy. I know what each person who visits the office pays as a co-payment and prepare to be embarassed if ever your insurance company doesn't pay something and you have a balance. She will make sure that everyone, the nurse who sees you, the doctor, the office manager and every poor soul in the waiting room knows it.

Dr. Edralin and Joe, his PA are efficient, experienced, and nice people. This is an excellent practice.

We love Dr. Edralin and his PA, Joe. They are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely caring. They always take the time to thoroughly check my kids. Dr. Edralin always addresses all my questions and concerns without rushing me. He has excellent bedside manner and is extremely gentle and patient with my little ones. I highly recommend Dr. Edralin.

Dr. Edralin and his staff are a bunch a rough, white trash, rude employees. In fact, I really believe that if Dr. Edralin knew what was going on behind the scenes he'd die. The first time that I went in, one of the staff asked me "does he have issues," speaking about my autistic son. If this isn't bad enough, she asked in front of the whole waiting room. Another time, my 1 month old daughter had a really bad cough. She was coughing 26 times in a row. I called the office and was put on hold, talked rude too, and they wouldn't even let me come see the Dr for my own peace of mind.When I finally did get in, Dr Edralin siad that she had wheezing in her lungs (hello red flag) but sent me home!! I had to call the paramedics that night because my baby was looking at me panicing because she couldn't breathe!! Turns out she had RSV. Thanks Dr. Edralin. He should have admitted her right there on the spot especially given her age. The final straw was when I wanted to switch Pediatricians and the… lady wanted to charge me 70.00 to switch it. This office is horrible. So rude. We have also been faithful with our payments to them and yet they say they won't switch them until the whole amount is paid. They care nothing for the kiddos that come in there. All they want is money. I highly don't recommend this office. Please run far the other way.

I have been taking my two sons to Dr. Edralin since they were born, and I could not be happier. First of all, Dr. Edralin was very prompt when he would visit me in the hospital. He would stay for a while, answer all of my questions, and showed genuine interest in the health of my kids. At his office, both he and Joe are so great with the kids! They really put them at ease. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I always feel like all of my questions are answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Edralin!
