Dr. Gerard Michael Mcgorisk, MD

Dr. McGorisk is TOP notch. Although the wait time was long and the scheduling process is quite complicated, he is a true asset to The Emory Clinic. He is kind , caring , and amicable. His first question is not simply about your reason for coming to the clinic. He asks a little bit about who you are as a person. He is a skillful listener who does not rush his patients through the history taking process. His explanation of his diagnosis and plan was extremely clear and thorough. He takes into consideration his patients preferences when formulating a plan. He spent a good five minutes just giving some non-medical life advice. Overall, I highly recommend this provider. He was well worth the 1hr + waiting time and convoluted scheduling process.
