This is the worst experience I have ever had in my transition and with any doctors office. The ladies are rude, they will not answer your phone calls or return your voicemails, then they very cruelly called and told my therapist because I left 4 voicemails two days before the surgery when I was trying to find out what was left to do. They did not help me get what needed to be done. They are cruel people and Dr. Mundingeer did not even step in help, he say me once for 5 minutes then added a lot facial surgeries and come to find out its unethical to do a vaginoplasty and lip lift, brow lift hair reside lift and others all in one surgery, I meet with breast augmentation Doctor and they apologized because they recommended me before they heard the horror stories from many patients. Luckly I found a local Vagina surgery that has helped me stepped by step and their staff is so nice, and my breast doctor now takes my insurance for my face surgery so he will be doing it in two sessions. Many people scheduled with him for top surgery and he relocated without any warning and everyone has to wait again. I’m glad I found someone better before I scheduled. He wasted their time for no reason. Very unprofessional. His results are okay not the best for top surgery ftm.

No one ever wants their baby to go through surgery, but if your child needs any type of plastic reconstructive surgery, go see Dr. Mundinger first. You will not need another consultation. He answered all of my 36 questions, he did not rush me, and I left feeling 100% confident I chose the right surgeon.

Dr Mundinger was very patient and thorough in explaining my bypass surgery. While very busy/pre-occupied I got the distinct impression that he would take as much time as needed to make me comfortable about the surgery. IF I had to have further heart surgery I would go wherever he is!
