I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Geri is knowledgeable, caring, spends the time needed to diagnose and treat the problem properly.

listens to your issues and is very caring and takes her time, The long wait is the only negative.

I am not a patient of Dr. Geri's, however I worked for her several years both in Massapequa Park and North Massapequa. As a caring physician she is the best! She takes time with her patients and is very thorough.

Staff is efficient & prompt with service and everyone treats you with respect and care. You are a person not a number.

I was very disappointed at my first visit to see dr digiovanna. She was very rude, did not take the time to answer my question, and never called me back when i left a message for her. I would not raccomend her.

other patients commented that they were annoyed with the wait time, double booking and that if you are sick you will be seeing the PA. The PA is clueless. I know more. She made me wait 20 mins after 40 in the waiting room, said she didn't know I was there when I went to her office to get her. She misdiagnosed me, said she didn't have a liquid medicine as I requested, I ended up in ICU for five days. Dr Gerri NEVER called me.

Dr. Geri is a very sweet but you can always expect a wait at her office. I just left the office after an hour and a half. She does not follow up with her patients. Her nurse, Susan is always the one to call. I recommend this doctor only if you have several hours to spare.

I have been seeing Dr. Gerri for years.I think she is a wonderful caring doctor. There are many receptionist at the new location and some might feel this is cold. I disagree with "no follow-up". I recently had a blood test and received a phone call within days when my results were not as good as expected. We discussed my next options.

Dr. Geri is the best doctor anyone can ever ask for. She is caring and really listens to what you are saying. She is also funny and has great bedside manners when you are not feeling well. Her new office in the 850 Hicksville Rd location is not as good as her old location on Broadway because the staff can be rude and unpleasant. The MA's are also way too serious. Anyway, Dr. Geri is fabulous!
