Dr. Gerri Louise Davis, MD

My medical doctor recommended that I receive an MRI for my knee and this doctor works for Medsolutions which denies services. How does she make a decision without seeing the patient. I am in New York and She is in TENN. I think doctors that take these jobs, really don't care about patients only a paycheck.

If this is the same physician who is employed by Med Solutions to review physician orders regarding diagnostic tests, then my experience is that she arbitrarily denies physician ordered services without acceptable clinical reasons. Dr. Gerri Davis with Med Solutions also refused to return a phone call I made to this company to obtain information about the denial of a service that my doctor had ordered.

I would recomend her she listens acts and resolves your health problem and when she went out on leave I missed her and I hope she returns so I can go back to a Kaiser Doctor instead of a network doctor. Sometimes you have to wait to see her only because she treats each patient special and takes her time to listen and try to resolve there problems.

Dr. Davis was my doctor at Kaiser when I found out she was no longer apart of thier staff at Southwood, I am very diappointed. Dr. Davis takes the time to listen and get to the point without spenting alot of time. She was a joy to have for a doctor.
