Dr. Gerri Lynn Steele, DO

I am a new patient of the facility and Dr Steeles and I felt much better when leaving her office. The staff was great. The wait time was very short. I felt she addressed all of my issues, she was kind and talked things thru with me. She did spend a lot of time typing into the computer but all doctors do that these days and she talked to me while doing it. She asked and answered quite a few questions and I felt I was taken care of when leaving. I will continue to see Dr Steele for all my medical needs.

Horrible experience. Was with her for 2 years and it was all downhill

She has NO personality. Greets you with her head down, never makes eye contact, sits at computer with her back to you. Gives the impression she is at work just for the paycheck. My other doctor retired and I asked if she would write my prescriptions. She agreed and then started to change them. My old routine worked well after years of working with my old doctor. Dr Steele never even addressed my issues.since I have a traumatic head injury. I have felt miserable since seeing Dr Steele and her associates. Would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Steele may be a good doctor, but does not even make eye contact with patients. Seems more interested in inputing data to computer. Exams are brief and questions sometimes dismissed. I would not recommend.

I was driving from Philadelphia to have a much needed medication monitoring appointment and she cancelled an hour before my appointment. They knew I was coming from far away. Not only did I miss a day of work, which I don't get paid for, I drove two hours for nothing. No apology, no explanation. I was also supposed to be her first appointment one morning. I was sitting in the waiting room with another person waiting for my appointment and was confused as to why this patient was taken back before me. At that point, I was going to be late for work. I asked why I hadn't been taken back, since I was sitting beside the new patient, and they said I needed to be there 15 minutes before my appointment to update any information and was considered late because I was there on time. It was my second appointment and no updates need to be made.

I been with DR. Steele for a year she may be a good doctor but I can not work with her so it time to get a new doctor or stop seeing doctors

I required a new primary care doctor due to an insurance change which is why I made an appointment with Dr. Steele. I have a complicated medical condition that requires management and considerable time from my primary care doctor. Dr. Steele was patient and professional as I explained my complex situation. I have had to require some follow-up from her since that appointment and she has been prompt and professional. She also demonstrates a very caring bedside manner. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.
