I saw Geva Mannor in 2013 for consultation. He quickly prescribed Ptosis surgery to increase my vision and said we'll send it to your insurance company and we get back to you. Within a week I was contacted by his office to go back for scheduling. He assured me this is the simplest surgery and we do many of these every week and don't worry. About 3 days after the surgery I was scheduled to go back for the post-op. He ask me how're you doing? I told him I've excessive tearing in both eyes. He looked and asked me " who put a plug in your tear duct?" "have you been in ER or had any kind of surgery lately?" I told him "yes 3 days ago you operated on me, remember?". He said don't worry and removed them quickly. My eyes have not adjusted ever since then and always tearing. This has affected my profession and my social life. I saw a few other Ophthalmologist since then but no success in reversing the negative effects of my first surgery by Dr. Mannor. Be very cautious to go to this guy. His… main concern seems to be to meet his weekly or monthly quota of numbers of surgery performed.
