I have been attempting to get an appointment with this office for more than a week and the receptionist says she needs to talk with the doctor. I am guessing that the communication is very limited at this office. It should not take more than a week to schedule an appointment. This is a first for me as I have always been able to call a doctor's office and schedule an appointment. I don't need it for the same day, but I do need it and they were unable to follow through. I was told (2x) that I have called that someone will call me back to schedule, however, no one had and therefore I called back again, but am given the same information. I spent awhile on the phone with someone getting all my information (insurance and personal) as if I am being scheduled ......at the end of answering all of the questions, I was told someone will call you back. seriously??!

I went there for surgical clearance and figured out that I have lung disease and sleep apnea. Once I got my medications I am feeling so much better. She took all her time to explain to me what was wrong with me. I am very thankful to her.

After taking almost a week to get a hold of some in the office to schedule my first appt. I found out she only saw patients from 9am to 11am, I took a half day from work and scheduled my appt for 9am. I came in 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork, her office staff walked at 9:15, I filled out my paperwork and waited in the waiting room until 9:35 thats when the doctor showed up once I was brought back to the room I had to explain to the nurse everything I wrote down. The doctor did not walk into the room until 9:45, with no apology for the lateness. She asked me if I ever had a chest xray done. I said yes but it was almost 2 years ago. She walked out of the room to the front desk and started yelling at the girl that my xray was not in my chart. The doctor came back in and said she was waiting for my xray to come back and once again I was left sitting for 15 minutes. When she came back in she told me I needed to go get an xray, ctscan, a breathing test and some overnight study and… then she could talk me in 2 weeks. I came to see her for a dry cough. Needless to say I never return. Nothing was explained to me and I was late getting back to work. I call my regular doctor and he gave me allergy medicine and I was cure. It was a complete waste of my time.

She diagnosed my Sleep Apnea before ever officially seeing me as a patient. She is also very personable and caring.
