Extremely thorough, and empathetic. Was able to help diagnose my complex stomach issues, where countless gastroenterologists failed. Stopped by today with cold symptoms, he prescribed me precautionary medication so that if things get worse before I leave for my trip I am not left in the dust. Always a great experience.

I was a new patient of Dr. Folden's at his Rochester office. I had such a great experience. From the time I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile, made me feel so welcome and they have all updated check in services. I was able to check in on my phone. I just sat down for 2 minutes and I was already being brought back. Dr. Folden is kind and really listens to your concerns. I can't say enough. The office manager was so kind to make my appointment for me to see the specialist that Dr. Folden referred me to. I felt like I received the royalty treatment. I highly, highly recommend this office. Excellent health care by the provider and excellent customer service by the staff.

Awesome doctor! Very friendly and takes time with you as a patient. Very thorough. I feel like my health is in good hands with Dr. Folden. I would trust my health to him for me and my family. Also very easy to make appointments and can even schedule in the same day which really comes in handy if you our sick and need some medication. Would highly recommend!
