Dr. Giant Chu Lin, MD

The rudest and arrogant Dr. Had to wait an hour he didn’t explain anything to me or take the time to really find out what was going on. He spent less time then the hour that I waited for him. That I needed a prescription filled I had to call three times. I made sure I called early in the morning never got a phone call back from him or the prescription has never been filled. will never go back or recommend. On the day of my appointment I was told by the staff that he’s tired he’s been doing a lot of surgeries.

I receive exceptional Care and excellent treatment with Dr. Lin and his staff.

doctor with worse bed side manner. For someone who has such a huge ego you would at least think he would get the diagnosis right, wrong. Don't waste your time/money and go to an ENT that isn't terrible.

Dr was over an hour late after telling me to be there 15 minutes early. The only update was a note written on a board saying Dr is 35 mins behind schedule. I had a 2 yr old and went awfully. The lack of care for being late was shocking.

As a speech pathologist and orofacial myologist, Dr Lin is my go to. He does an excellent functional airway assessment and my patients appreciate his demeanor, expertise and kindness. I wouldnt be able to do my job without him!

Thanks to Doctor Lin, I feel like a new person. Dr. Lin did everything he could to avoid surgery, however it became clear that surgery was the only thing that would help my situation. Not only did he drastically improve my symptoms, but he was incredibly detail oriented in helping to improve my overall condition. Unfortunately my diagnosis has a high return rate, Dr Lin took the time to call me after the surgery to discuss my case and determine best ways to avoid this happening again. When another doctor told me that my case was too advanced, I felt comfort knowing that Doctor Lin has had such a huge success rate in cases similar to mine. I highly recommend Dr. Lin.

Dr Lin has cared for me and family members with the utmost care and consideration. I also get to work with him professionally and all the clients that i have referred to him recevied excellent advice and care.

I see Dr. Lin regularly for chronic sinus issues and recommend him without reservation.

My son and I waited for an 1 hr 15 mins before he was seen. Then, during the 10 minute consultation, Dr. Lin removed ear wax from my son's ears, but did not mention that he would charge us $326 for doing so. Then, he spent about 2 mins with the endoscope and charged us another $714 calling that a "surgery". In addition to the $621 office visit fee, our bill was outrageous. Dr. Lin could not come up with a solution to the reason we made the appointment in the first place.
