Dr. Gigli Yue Oh, MD

I saw Dr. Oh a couple of years ago and immediately switched doctors. Her bedside manner is terrible, from not really listening to rushing you to explain your problem, to just weird stuff like not letting me list my boyfriend as my emergency contact (???). Stay away.

The above says it all. She is Excellent.

Dr. Oh can be brusque on occasion - but that's because she's supposed to only spend a certain amount of time minutes with each patient. I am not a medical pro and can't comment on whether she gives an accurate diagnosis each time. However, she has always been about 99% accurate with my problems - and I have a lot and have been with her for some years and have no complaints. The person who wrote the above review of her work must have a screw loose. She has NEVER been nasty or cruel with me. Dr. Oh has never been "nasty" or "cruel" to me. She has done well by me, and if she is occasionally brusque, I simply chalk it up to the fact that she has only a limited amount of time to spend with each patient. The person who wrote the above must have a screw loose and I think Group Health is lucky that he/she has left the organization.

At first, I found Dr. Oh to be a good listener and interested in helping me with some recent health concerns. After 2 or 3 visits, she became intimidating, nasty, uninterested and every other adjective along those lines. She didn't follow up on anything and wasn't aware that I, for example, on-track for hip replacement surgery. I've noticed she has positive reviews on-line and on Angie's list so she must have taken a sudden intense dislike for me. She was absolutely cruel and I've left Group Health because of her. And she's got an ego as big as her office.
