My twin daughters had wisdom teeth extracted a month apart. I found it strange that they were given completely different post-op instructions by each of the nurses. One developed an infection and the level of care we received was dismal. It was a Friday and the office just couldn't be bothered - they said it was normal. Then comes the bill. No prior discussion from the office manager or anyone at this practice about what my insurance would/would not cover, just an enormous bill. When I called to discuss and ask for information, I was told that they would get back to me, had to check with supervisor. But calls were never returned. Bills kept coming...I kept calling/leaving messages and no one would call me back. Bills kept coming. I call again. No return phone call. No explanation, no service whatsoever. Really disappointing
