Dr. Gilbert Ndubueze Egekeze, MD

I highly recommend Dr. Egekeze. I have been seeing him as my primary doctor for over 15 years. He has always taken the time to sit down and fully explain everything that is going. He treats you with care, kindness, and expertise and you never feel like you are just a number. I have referred several friends and family who now also have Dr. Egekeze as their primary doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Our family needed to speak to the doctor about our elderly parents on a Friday night. Unfortunately, the answering service is not allowed to page the doctor for any reason. We had to wait till Monday morning. We were given EKG findings 3 weeks after my mother was discharged from the hospital. The receptionist called to say that she needed to see a cardiologist even though my mother was cleared at her post hospital appointment the week before. We are still waiting for the doctor to discuss therapy reports with my father who ended therapy 6 weeks ago after a stroke. Twice we had to wait over 90 minutes for our scheduled appointment.

My visit with the doctor was fine and he is very nice. I had to have some blood tests done and I was given inaccurate results back by the receptionist. After questioning her, she let me speak to the nurse. Had to wait a week for a referral sheet to be mailed to me. Looking for a new doctor office to go to. Typical HMO doctor and staff!!!
