Always takes the time to really listen!

Dr. Foster is incredible! He sits with you until both of you are fully satisfied and understand the results of the visit. He's warm, caring and personable but is a no non sense doctor. He listens to you and gives great feedback. If he tells you something, he has a valid reason for it. He'll troubleshoot with you and works with you to find satisfactory results. My only complaint is the wait time but other than that, everything is great. He's definitely worth the wait!

When Foster was at the Rodney Parham clinic, he was a caring always had time to listen to you person. Once he moved to the new clinic all that changed, now its all about how fast he can get in and out and answer as few questions as he can. I agree with the other comment, about the complete incompentance of the offfice staff, It starts at the front desk and extends to the nurses who have the personality of a sack of dead mice. Calling in for a refill on a perscription is a real challange, your lucky if you get it in three or four day's. I am not sure what happened, to cause the turnover in staff especially Barbara, but that guy Charles isn't qualified to answer a phone. So if you want a clinic and Doc that is, prompt, with a curteous staff, and a Doc that may give you an accurate diagnosis, with a good bedside manner, that will take the time to listen to you, and will follow up to see if you are feeling better, then find another clinic and Doctor.

If you're looking for an unethical doctor who will also rush you through without any serious consideration of your concerns this is your guy He'll be happy to take you & your insurer's money & move you out & the next patient in You've been warned
