They are very unaccomadating. They are hard to get into and once you do get in they really drag everything out when you are seen there is no urgency to tend to your illness. They want you to wait for everything. No really impressed with practitioner

I was having trouble breathing, sent my blood work stat to hospital and told me to go directly to the ER. I needed blood transfusion and 2 pints of iron also. They are the best to me. My husband broke his back the week before Christmas. They helped him get the medical treatments he needed in an expedited manner. We both respect the doctors and their staff.

Gina Canada is a wonderful Doctor...she takes her time with my kids and really listens to them when they are sick. I wish all doctors were like her!

I saw Dr. Canada's nurse practioner. She is a very good choice. Very pleasant, courteous and makes sure to ask questions. I will continue to use this Dr. as my physician of choice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gina Canada for several years now. This past year, my Dad passed unexpectedly & due to grief, stress & suffering his loss, I developed some of my own health issues which required me to be seen more frequently. During one visit, a receptionist in the office tried to obtain updated personal information through an open window & very packed waiting room. I declined & stated I would be more than happy to do this from my exam room. However, when I came out after seeing Dr. Canada, I was approached by this woman who told me I was mean & asked why I hated her because I would not openly provide my information. I was in tears over my Dad & quickly walked out. Next my insurance changed & I started needing referrals for specialists. When I called the office, I was given a hard time by this very same woman because the office did not know how to do these referrals. My insurance rep called the office with me on the line, and this SAME woman said on a recorded line that I… was a pain & very demanding ...before she could go on, the insurance rep stopped her to say I was also on the line. I was horrified at this unprofessionalism, not once but 3 times. Dr. Canada was away, but I informed her office of this & requested never to deal with this woman again -- I was told that "Wayne" was informed & they do not tolerate this behavior. When I next saw Dr. Canada, we spoke of this incident & I requested to her, never to deal with Jean again -- I also told her out of respect for her (Dr. Canada), I would let her handle it & not call the hospital administrator myself. Despite being told it would be handled, this woman continually tried to approach me & call me ...I told her I would NOT DEAL WITH HER. So the good Dr. Canada sent me a nasty letter dumping me as her patient. I had seen earlier remarks on here regarding Dr. Canada's not-so-nice side but never experienced it until now. All I can say is PATIENTS BEWARE!

Gina is very professional, very sensitive to her patients' needs, very compassionate and knowledgable. Gina cares about her patients and it shows. Hers is not "assembly-line" medicine. You will receive the best of care from Gina and her staff!

Would NOT recommend this Doctor! She is unprofessional and lacks experience. Yes, she is just pure evil! Her Office Staff does not answer calls or return telephone messages. Good Luck if your Health is in their Hands!

dr.canada is a wonderful and caring person and also an excellent doctor, i would highly reccomend her to anyone.
