DDS Canale is not only a horrible person but a hack of a dentist. She makes BROWNISH teeth and expects people to be grateful, then yells and screams at her clients, kicks them out of her office and threatens to call the police if they don't leave. I WISH I COULD UPLOAD THE VIDEO OF HER THAT WAS TAKEN WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE. SHE IS A WITCH I'm holding my tongue...!!! My Wife WAS a patient of hers up until today..! When she and her companions were kicked out of the office. This HACK created a set of BROWNISH dentures and thinks that it's fine to force her to wear these teeth and not have a great smile and the confidence that comes with it. We've already posted to Social Media and have contacted the insurance company to refute any payments that may be owed.

I had a cleaning with one of the dental hygienists. I have been unable to get a cleaning or take very good care of my teeth for the past two years because I developed a serious neurological problem that hospitalized me, disabled me, and made it impossible for me to walk to the sink or hold my toothbrush on my own. I still made every effort, whenever I could manage. I am finally on a medication that, while gaining a lot of weight, has given me back my ability to walk and generally function better. The first thing I did after regaining my ability to walk was schedule a cleaning with one of the dental hygienists at Baybrook. She repeatedly shamed me for not having cared for my teeth, audibly sighed in disgust, repeatedly asked about the last time I got a cleaning, even though I had already told her it was two years prior. I couldn’t because of pressing medical issues that had me hospitalized for a length of time and bed-bound for the remainder. I was terrified to go back to the dentist… because of the neuropathic pain I experience, and when I finally did it, this person made me feel horrible - no empathy at all. Moreover, the dentist came in at one point to discuss a Facebook post with my hygeinist, but never even introduced herself. By the time I left, I was so upset, my tremors had returned in my head, face, and hands, and I had trouble walking to my car. I may be an obese, disabled Medicaid patient, but I was a powerful, exceptionally well-educated professional not long ago. They need to be more conscious of how they treat people, regardless of what they look like or their financial situation. My cleaning was fine (hence the two stars) but I’ll never go here again.
