Absolutely unacceptable experience. My 5 month old baby had an appointment with GINA A CARTWRIGHT, NP. I called ahead to let the office know I was running just a few minutes late and was literally in the parking lot with my 5-month-old baby. Instead of seeing us, the provider chose to go on break knowing we were in the parking lot and then expected us to wait an entire extra hour so she could enjoy her full break instead of helping my baby. As a parent bringing in a young baby, this felt extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Emergencies and delays happen, especially with infants, and a little compassion would have gone a long way. This provider Gina A Cartwright should be FIRED for the lack of care for babies and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this provider to families with small children because clearly she doesn't care about them.
