It's sad when your own family doctor can't see you and the office directs you to urgent care.

Gina is awesome, she truly listens and cares about you. You feel like your talking with a good friend. She knows her stuff and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring down to earth Physician.

I have been going to Dr. Chan for years now. There was just one staff member, a receptionist, whom I found to be very rude and insensitive some years ago. She was a poor reflection of that medical practice. I have always found the staff to be warm, professional and helpful. As far as Dr. Chan, she is the best primary care giver I have ever had. I am 68 years old. She is knowledgeable, patient, sensitive and caring. It is seldom that I ever had to wait beyond my appointment time. My conditions have never required a follow-up to my visit, so I did not rate her on that.

Dr. Gina Chan's diagnosis is spot on. Her manner is humane. She spends enough time with the patient so that one feels completely satisfied. The entire office staff embodies a friendly, courteous and accommodating attitude. Most importantly Dr. Gina Chan knows her medicine.

The stuffs are so rude. They never wanted to help you even you need urgently. This doctor thought any treatments were not necessary. If urgent, she sent you to ER. Otherwise she thought you were wasting her time. All in all, horrible patient experiences.

Your call will 100% be transferred to auto message. Sometimes, you won't ever hear from her forever. The office staff are so rude even when they talk to you over the phone. Bad Bad Bad experience. My suggestion is never ever to choose this doctor.

I found Dr. Chan to be one of the most patient and knowlegeable doctor in Wilmington. Unlike most doctors these days, she is not trying to rush the appointment, rather she spent a lot of time explaining things to me. She is a very well trained doctor, because I had been misdiagnosed by my pervous PCP and I went to Dr. Chan, she told me what the problem was immediately and her treament worked very well. I highly recommend her. I wrote this becaues I found the other 2 reviews not to be my experience at all.

This Doctor is slick she will do what she is suppose to do for ya for a period of time then she will stop medicine on ya and won't let you slowly tamper off the addicting medicine and your forced to deal with serious withdraw problems. I highly recommend you don't see this doctor she has a don't care factor!
