I deeply regret staying with this doctor as long as I did. She had me on a medication for years that couldn't have been more wrong for me. I told her regularly that it wasn't working and needed to explore other options. She blew me off and gave no regard for what I had to say as it appeared to be the easier route for her in and out robotic styled office visits.

No bedside manners

Extremely rude. No compassion. Gave me panic attack and just walked away. Said I'm stupid.

She tells like it is. Even if is what you want to hear or not. She let you know what you need to do to help yourself, and explains in details any information need to make this happen. Great Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Grove since moving to the area about 8 years ago. I find her to be very personable and knowledgeable. My wait isn't usually too bad, and I can get early appointments, which is nice. I am much happier with the office staff in recent years. There was a time when nobody would answer calls, and prescription refills wouldn't be made on a timely basis. Back then, the only reason I didn't switch is that I like Dr. Grove so much. But it has all improved. I love the electronic charting. Very helpful.

I have seen Dr. Grove for at least 10 years. Would have rated my experiences a 4 until the last year or so. Still cheerful and caring but seems very rushed and distracted. I feel like if I don't hurry up and get what I want to say out she will be gone and has been on a couple of visits when she said she would be back and wasn't. Had to track her down to ask a question. I think the change to St. Eliz has made a difference in not only her care but other doctors I see within the system.

I was scheduled as Dr. Groves' first patient on a Saturday morning. My appointment time was 8:00 a.m. So as not to cause any delay in her busy day, I arrived at her office at 7:45 a.m. I was placed in a patient waiting room at 8: 00 am. Dr. Grove finally entered at exactly 8:50 a.m. Not sure how she came to be so behind the 8-ball so early in the day. Her nurse told me the doctor would be in very shortly as she closed the door behind her at 8:00 am. At 8:35 a.m., I opened the door and stepped into the hallway and asked if the doctor was even on the premises as I heard no one entering nearby patient rooms. Again, I was promised by an administrative employee that the doctor would be in shortly. She finally entered my room at 8:50 a.m. and displayed an obvious attitude of superiority and told me she had seen another patient first because they were in a lot more pain. No one asked me about my level of pain so not sure how that decision was determined. There was no doubt she intended… to teach me a hard lesson about patience because I had opened the door and inquired if she was on the premises. I'm sure that if she was seeing another patient first, who was scheduled after my appointment then either the nurse or the administrative person would have stated such. I'm sure she does very well with babies' and children's care but she obviously missed any and all classes in medical school that taught geriatric care and how senior citizens should be treated. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I have been a patient for the past 4 years and I am very pleased. Dr. Grove is kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable! I would strongly recommend Dr. Grove to anyone. In fact, my wife is now a patient of Dr. Grove, due to how I've been treated.

I feel like Dr. Grove knows me. She spends time with me and I believe she truly cares about my health and well being.

Dr.Grove. Professional, caring, explains and goes over any questions you may have. Great with specifics, doesn't generalize. If you walk out of her office not knowing or understanding then it's because you didn't ask the question. Can't say enough great things about her. ADDED BONUS...she's got a great personality to go along with her great doctoring ability! I switched to her care after hearing numerous GREAT things about her as a doctor.
