Dr McNew and Mandi are great love them both

I love the doctors there, but they need someone who can handle the job of faxing over scripts promptly to the pharmacy ,this has been a continuing issue with this office, and they always place blame on someone else , well, it's not everyone else ..it's the doctors' nurses that aren't doing their job. and when i call to make an appt. It's not the secretary business as to why i need an appt. just make the appt. like i asked you to do and stop being nosey. This office needs improvement on the administrative side of things , but as i stated earlier, my experiences with the doctors has been top notch, always caring, taking time to talk to you about whatever issues you may be having, on top of getting tests scheduled ect. I gave 1 star because of staffing issues,not the care received from doctors.

Doesn't work well with other doctors involved in case. She has refused treatment. Could care less attitude. Exemplifies everything a doctor should not be. Will be moving care away from this office.

The Dr. had me thinking that I had reflux when I was having problems with the arteries to my heart for 6 mo. I had chest pains it got so bad one night my wife took me to St. Vincent ER they found 4 almost blocked arteries, I had to have quadruple bypass surgery. The office staff acts like you are a bother if you need any thing that they might have to take care of if it is not on their daily schedule. Worst part of this office is the staff. They act like you are bothering them when you need any kind of help.

They won't treat pain or ADD. I guess I will have to find someone who cares about that.

I love both Dr. McNew and her APN, Mandi. Both take time to talk and listen to their patients!

Dr Gina McNew is phenomenal!! Finally a Dr that actually cares!

Dr. McNew cares about her patients and it shows. She is thorough and attentive.
