Better than others

I have been going to Dr. Gina for the last few years. I cannot believe the bad reviews. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr. Gina always takes time with me to discuss any issues with me. In fact I had a procedure to make a decision on with another doctor. Dr. Gina took time to discuss the pros and cons of the procedure and give me her opinion. I like that she gives me options on treatment and really takes time to see how I am doing. I can tell she is concerned with my well being.

Reading some of these reviews its hard to believe they are talking about the same office. Dr. Gina is a great physician, she spends time with you and is thorough. She has even answered my questions through their patient My Chart messaging. We have been going to Dr Gina and Dr Joe for 3 years now.

Dr Gina is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic practicioner. She is up to date on current research and takes a proactive approach to keep her patients healthy. She is highly accessible and is thorough in her work. I am so pleased to have her as my doctor. Office staff and nurses are great as well.

Dr. Gina is terrible with people and all about the money. You have to make an appt for every medical issue. She will not discuss more than one topic during each visit. Difficult to get lab results and straight answers and forget discussing anything in detail. Too busy running from one patient to another.

Rude office staff and doctor didn't personally follow up after I had an issue.

This doctor does not listen. I told the nurse and Dr. Micchia that I needed my Vitamin D levels tested. When I was having my blood drawn by a lab tech, I asked him what tests were being done and he did not mention Vitamin D. when I mentioned I needed that done he snapped at me, "Why didn't you tell me that BEFORE I took your blood?!" He acted like it was a HUGE problem and belittled me. I followed up after my visit and was put into the voicemail system instead of the nurse's voicemail by an incompetent reception staff person. It took them a month to call me back! Poor patient service and the Dr. Micchia didn't follow up after I voiced by concern. She really doesn't care.
