BEWARE please do not use this family practice. Their employee maybe need some training.. My wife set an appointment with this practice for the first time and was told she would be called back to let us know if they accept the insurance. My wife never received a call so she did not go to the appointment. They called to ask why and she told them she never got a call if the insurance was accepted. They assured her it was in network and rescheduled. She went in and everything was fine, a couple days later she was in pain so she called to set a follow up appointment. When she got there they took her in the back and told her that our insurance is not in network and she had to pay in full to be seen again... she played them a voicemail they left saying the insurance was in network and they told her that the balance unpaid is our problem and refused to see her.. Then a short-haired ‘office manager’ pulled her into an office and started pointed her finger and getting loud with her that she… would pay in full because of our insurance. She got in my wife’s face with her finger screaming that the conversation was over and to leave. The very next day we received a certified letter that they paid 25 bucks to send saying to not come back. If they would have spent that 25 to check the insurance correctly we would not have had this problem. We pay 1100 a month for this insurance to be ridiculed about it. Please save yourself the headache.

Great physician, office staff, and office environment. Very patient friendly. The nurses and doctor were very attentive and spent time going over my symptoms. Great experience!

Dr. Rushing and the whole staff are very caring! They are all great people.... Accommodating, genuine, caring,( they actually care about their patients welfare).. Great Practice!
