Absolutely 5 stars for this amazing establishment! Very quiet and calm atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. The staff was beyond amazing! I saw Kathleen and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions upon checkout, and the billing lady, I think her name was Sandra, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and was so kind and friendly! The office was very clean and I had prompt service! I would definitely recommend OBD to anyone in the area looking for a dermatologist!!!

I was seen by Dr. Sevigny for Mohs surgery. She was very caring and compassionate. The entire staff, upon arrival to leaving, was very nice and courteous. Thanks Dr. Sevigny and the entire OBD staff for your great care.

What an office staff is always pleasant and polite. My appointment was right on and they took the time for all my needs and concerns. I have seen the doctors and the nurse practitioners and they ALL are outstanding and precise when it comes to my care. I can't imagine going to another office and I never will

I had an 8:15 am appointment. I was a new patient and had all paperwork completed at home, per the office's direction. I had to print the paperwork at home on my own printer because they didn't want to take up the time in the office. Another woman came in and had an afternoon appointment but said she thought it was 8:15am. The appointment setter told her they would squeeze her in. They took the woman ahead of me. They required that I come in 15 minutes before my appointment time of 8:15, so I arrived at 8:00. At 8:35, I was still sitting in the waiting room. When I went to the desk to ask what time my appointment was, because I thought I was mistaken, the woman told me 8:15. She said they would be right with me. A few minutes later, someone came out to get me. They also had a person in training in the room, which they did not ask my permission beforehand. So there were a total of three people in the room during the exam. Will not be going back. Though everyone was pleasant,… maybe I just went on an off day, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Never saw the doctors....just a nurse practitioner.

Dr. Sevigny is pleasant and professional. Her office is immaculate and her staff is welcoming and well trained. She is effecient with out being rushed. She is an excellent listener and has staffed her practice with exceptional people.
