Dr. Gina Marie De Franco, DO

I'm 62 and have been a patient at the LMU Clinic for 3 years. I've had a life-long disability they call severe Tourette Syndrome. I informed the Doctors on a few occasions that my waiting in that little room brings on severe anxiety attacks. When that happened today, Dr. Zulandt took the offensive and completely disregarded my current state of mental health and had me barred from the clinic. Her primary concern was her ego and a young med student, whom I could not understand. I hurt my back, somehow, and despite the disorientation, I made it home safely. I've had lots of Doctors and counselors, since I was 9. A first year mental health assistant could have talked me out of that panic attack. Its been done many times. Perhaps, her and others should be required to up-date their knowledge about the mentally ill.

I'm pretty sure I was the first appointment of the day and was waiting for Dr Defranco for more than 50m. Her professional manner when she finally did see me was curt and dismissive and was very quick to get out of the room without hearing me. .. This was my first and last visit.

This doctor was really nice when I came in for my first visit. Had to switch because of insurance but she was very good.
